HOW DO I STORE MY PRODUCTS & HOW LONG WILL THEY KEEP?

All of our products are labelled with storage instructions, & have with a best before date.

All of our products are made fresh to order and as they are usually a gift for a special occasion are not intended to be kept over prolonged periods of time. Carob has a longer shelf life than baked goods, usually around 6 months but products are marked accordingly.

MY DOG HAS ALLERGIES, ARE YOUR PRODUCTS COMPATIBLE?

At Pupcakes by Lilian we just love dogs.
We use only the finest ingredients, no fillers, no meat, no added salt or sugar and no additives.
Should your dog have a specific allergy please let us know & we will do our best to assist. We do have products that do not contain nuts but these are prepared in a kitchen that uses nuts. Please check with your Vet before ordering should your dog have any allergies & please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

CAN I GIVE YOUR PAWSOME PRODUCTS TO MY PUPPY OR YOUNG DOG?

As all of our products are complementary dog foods they should be treated as such to ensure your dogs weight remains stable & healthy.
We do not recommend feeding our products to dogs under 16 weeks old.
Always ensure clean fresh drinking water is available for your dog.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All of our products are made fresh to order.
We aim to have orders ready for dispatch within 10 working days. Please allow for us being closed Friday pm and at the weekend.
Delivery time will depend on method selected. Royal Mail 1st Class is 1-2 days, 2nd is 1-3 days (both not guaranteed). If you require your order sooner please contact us or choose

During busy periods - Christmas & Other Seasonal times- this may a little longer but we will advise & keep you updated at all times.
